Tidied up the delay before checking the internal flash.
Made sure that network configurations are not carried between Jogglers.
Small changes to make sure we clean up after ourselves a little better.
Improved some of the help text for when a flash memory check fails.
Designed for use with system v1.07.

Added commands to set NTP configuration in NVRAM after clearing old non-volatile content.

Moved jogglerflash script out into /boot/system to make updating quicker and less bandwidth intensive.
Removed version information from grub.cfg as it won't necessarily be true any more.
Created link in /etc/init.d to new jogglerflash location.
Filesystem now syncs after download and before shutdown.
Slight changes to paths in the script.
